Heiko purchased the company because he has a great entrepreneurial spirit and wants to advance the business, improve revenues and better the lives of those involved.

While Heiko provides the technical knowledge and expertise, working in the field and overseeing projects, investigations, assessments, and operations, Kelly is in the office dealing with the daily administration, client management and organization of Milano. Combined, Heiko and Kelly have 60 years' experience in customer service and business management. The two complement each other greatly and, together, present a cohesive unit that will undoubtedly advance Milano to the next level, allowing future expansion, not only for the company but also those we serve.
