Milano Construction Ltd. is a licensed and insured full-service construction and maintenance company; new ownership of the company took place in 2018, with the new Director bringing 30 years of experience in the industry. We are well known for our exemplary customer service, quality workmanship and attention to detail. Our satisfied customers include clients from various residential, commercial and industrial properties and the majority of our business relationships are long term, having lasted 15 years plus.

Technical Configurations
Technical specifications are an integral and important component of any construction project and prove essential to communicating ideas. Milano Construction offers drawings, specs and 3D modeling that provides a visual on how something does/will function or is/will be constructed. These configurations provide our clients a better understanding of the work to be performed.
Scaffolding
For projects large or small, Milano Construction can provide the materials needed to safely perform your work. We possess scaffolding certification and meet all Canadian and international requirements. We can erect a temporary structure that will support our work crew and materials to aid in the construction, maintenance and repair of any building.
Crack Injection
Milano Construction offers leading edge resin injection technology for both residential and commercial applications. Chemical grouting and epoxy injection are skilled, specialized trades and with proper training and certification, equipment and a solid understanding of how the correct chemicals will react, we achieve superior results to stop water permanently reaching the desired structural and/or tensile strength.
